Healthcare Partners, IPA and HealthCare Partners, MSO (collectively known as HCP), its providers, and affiliates comply with all Federal civil rights laws and treat all patients fairly with regard to health care treatment and services. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language*), age, disability, veteran status, or sex (including sex characteristics; intersex traits; pregnancy, or related conditions; sexual orientation, gender identity and sex stereotypes).

Filing a Complaint

If you believe you did not receive the services you are entitled to or were treated unfairly by HCP, our providers or our affiliates, because of your sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, age, race, color, national origin, disability, veteran status or other basis, you can file a grievance with our Non-Discrimination Coordinator at:
