Let Zelis Payments handle your enrollment! Simply call their Provider Enrollment team at (855) 774-4395.

If you prefer to enroll on your own: Register for a Zelis Payments account and follow the instructions on the page.

Once registered, you will be directed to the secure online provider portal for the first time, where you will be required to select a payment and data delivery method.

To enroll in direct deposit (VRA): You must be authorized to set up credit/debit transactions for your practice’s bank account. You will also need:

• Provider corporate name and principal information
• Bank account routing transit number (RTN) or ABA Routing Number

There is a nominal fee depending on payment volume. Since options can vary, it’s best that you contact Zelis directly to discuss options when signing up.

ePayment Center

ePayment Center (EPC) allows providers to request basic, free Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network as well as Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) in the HIPAA standard 835 layout.
