Keep Up-To-Date on Risk Adjustment and Coding Guidelines
Humana’s Risk Adjustment Provider Education team is offering live, online learning sessions for the first six months of 2024. Some of these presentations offer a free continuing education credit for registered participants: continuing medical education (CME) for licensed clinicians and/or continuing education unit (CEU) for certified medical coders.*
Topics to be discussed include:
- Annual Wellness Visits
- Angina Pectoris
- DVT
- CKD
- COPD
- Myocardial Infarction
- Neoplasms
- Diabetes Mellitus
- Pressure Ulcers
Along with the topic-specific webinars, Humana will host quarterly sessions on The Importance of Accurate Documentation and Coding: A Physician’s Perspective. These sessions will focus on understanding the healthcare components related to risk adjustment and how to leverage accurate clinical documentation and coding to capture the true health status of the patient. This presentation will offer CMEs.
